#1 Frog for 2018

I love myself and make choices that are good for me.

Deadline: December 31,2018

Writing this makes me feel optimistic, but can you really put a deadline on this kind of stuff? Seems OCD.

My plan to reach this goal looks like some combination of my self-care/top lines with a little more intensive stuff:

1. Sleep eight hours

2. Drink water

3. Eat well

4. Meditate

5. Practice gratitude

6. Work my recovery plan-read, write, steps, sponsor

7. Call someone I love

8. Exercise

9. Do something fun

10. Dream or act on a dream

11. Talk to Ginger regularly

12. Complete the 12 steps

13. Pursue joy

14. Give service that makes me feel good
