Daily self-care

Here is my daily, self-care plan for 2018. When I take time to do these things, I feel like I am loving myself, even if it is something as simple as reading for an hour. When I practice self care, I feel more more confident, which helps me make better decisions and make decisions overall. In 2018, I want to become my own greatest cheerleader and know myself intimately. I want to make decisions more quickly, be 100% authentic with everyone in my life, and be present with the people I love.

Each day, I will:

  1. Meditate
  2. Get 8 hours of sleep
  3. Exercise
  4. Drink lots of water
  5. Call someone I love
  6. Ask for 100% of what I want
  7. Read personal growth or 12-step literature
  8. Write, as I have something to process or remember
  9. Practice gratitude
  10. Do something fun
