What are my values?

I thought I would be able to clarify my values in one night. I have been wanting to sit down with a quiet, calm mind for a few weeks now to think about what is important to me in my life to get unstuck and more proactive.

In fact, getting to know myself and my values may take more than an hour-and-a-half.

Tonight, what I will do is read through this list of values and circle anything that feels important. Tuesday, after my job interview, I will spend more time thinking about when I felt alive and empowered and when I didn’t and think about what values were at play there.

My vision for this year is to be free. I want to be free from being in a job because I have to be, free from being in a relationship unless I want to be, free from old, limiting ways of thinking, free from sadness, guilt, and regret, free to be authentic with everyone I encounter, and free to create.
